“Today, Toulouse Business School Group has about 80 permanent faculty members and 50 affiliated faculty members, to which are added 60 visiting professors from partneruniversities abroad and about 1300 professional speakers. All together provide education in our programs.
The faculty is the heart of strategic skills of a "Grande Ecole" like ours. Grouped in major subjects of management (accounting-managementcontrol- auditing, finance-economy-law, human resource management, marketing-trade,organization-logistics-technology, strategy and information systems), all our professors are experts in their specialty.
This high level of expertise, recognized and validated by the 3 international accreditations obtained by the Group (AACSB, EQUIS,AMBA), involves some requirements in hiring new faculty and in research development. Thus the number of permanent faculty has grown 20% in 5years.
For over 10 years, all our new professors must have a Ph.D. (or be about to present their thesis). When hiring a professor, apart from its qualities as a speaker, his recognition as a researcher (impactof their work , publications well placed in rankings, etc ...) and the international projection of his profile, are valued.
In keeping with our multi-campus identity (Toulouse, Barcelona,Casablanca), the international projection is enhanced with thepriority recruitment of foreign professors: more than half of the professors hired in the past 3 years are from a foreign nationality. Today, they represent 30% of permanent faculty and they come from 17 countries around the world: Germany, Australia, Canada, Chile, United States,Iceland, Japan, Morocco, Nigeria, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom ...
