Each student’s personalized formation is obtained thanks to an advanced system of vocational guidance and professional career handling seminars. The single tutorship also help the student to define his professional project and to prepare his insertion on the labour market.

• Integration seminar during the 1st year of the Bachelor’s program: A wide range of issues will be addressed to effect the step forward from high school to an undergraduate institution, establishing relationships and strengthening teamwork.
  
• Personal development workshops during the 2nd year of the Bachelor’s program: attitudinal skills in the field of communication are developed: listening, personal skills, adaptability and collaboration, with the aim of being able to integrate easily into groups and teams.
