The opening of a global world and the growing importance of customer relationships require organizations to constantly evolve. The research group Human Research specialized in careers and skills managament, has developed over the past 15 years tools that enable organizations to give support in this powerful challenge. Along with the Toulouse Business School, present in Spain with their Campus in Barcelona, has completed a training course for managers and HR managers in order to develop career management policies within organizations.
